Contact the Ministry of State for Defence (MOSD) Corruption Prevention Committee to report concerns or evidence that fraud or corruption may have occurred or is occurring related to any Ministry of state for Defence activity. You may report to the Corruption Prevention Committee by e-mail, facsimile (fax), mail, in person, or by telephone. Only Corruption Prevention Committee staff ccan access such communication.

When reporting concerns, please provide as much information and detail as possible, including who, what, where, why and how. If you documents, photographs, or other physical evidence of the alleged fraud or corruption, please send that information to Corruption Prevention Committee, either with your report or separetely.

Information concering the identity of a complainant is stricly controlled and will not be released to other MOSD staff or to anyone outside Corruption Prevention Committee without the consent of the complainant.
