COMMUNITY SERVICE

Consistent with its corporate social responsibility, the Kenya Air Force has a long history of empathizing with the plight of the poor, the less fortunate, the sick and the aged members of our society by providing material and moral support. This is a legacy that that has been passed over from previous KAF Commanders. Contribution to charity is done both at institutional and individual level. At institutional level, each KAF establishments supports one or more charity activities to the community.

Below are highlights of various charity activities by the Kenya Air Force:

Former KAF Commander Maj Gen Tangai (then Deputy Air Force Commander) is welcomed to Kariobangi old peoples home accompanied with other officers, men and women of the Air Force. Foodstuffs and other gifts were donated during the visit.
A youthful soldier lends a helping hand to a senior citizen during the visit.
