The International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) today hosted the 46th Anniversary Reunion of Cadet Intake 10 of 1979. The event brought together retired senior officers who were part of the intake, offering them an opportunity to reconnect, reflect on their service, and celebrate the strong bonds formed through their military journey.
During the reunion, new cabinet members of Cadet Intake 10 were officially confirmed to steer the affairs of the association. The team, led by Chairman Maj Gen (Rtd) Oyugi, was entrusted with the responsibility of preserving the legacy of the intake, strengthening welfare initiatives, and fostering unity among members.
A highlight of the occasion was the symbolic tree planting ceremony, which served as a lasting reminder of their contribution to peace, service, and future generations.
The reunion was marked by vibrant reflections of the officers’ experiences and viewing of historic photos.
The 46th Anniversary of Cadet Intake 10 was not only a celebration of the past but also a reaffirmation of the enduring spirit of service, unity, and friendship among its members.
