KDF TROOPS ENGAGE LOCALS THROUGH CIMIC OUTREACH 

Kenya Defence Forces troops based at Omar Jillow in Mandera County, conducted a Civil-Military Cooperation outreach at OMAR JILLOW Trading Centre.

The activity included, provision of medical attention to the local community, free medical consultation and referral services, mass deworming of pupils, blood pressure monitoring, DM motoring as well as lifestyle and nutrition guidance.

The outreach was warmly received by the community with locals expressing their appreciation and acknowledging the military’s ongoing efforts in promoting peace and development in the area and the region at large

The activity reflects KDF’s continued commitment to strengthening civil-military relations and supporting the welfare of communities in operational areas.
