COMMANDER KENYA AIR FORCE STRENGTHENS KENYA–US AIR COOPERATION

The Commander Kenya Air Force (KAF), Major General Bernard Waliaula, recently held a meeting with representatives from the United States Military Group–Kenya, including Lieutenant Colonel Darth Schrader, the United States Air Attaché to Kenya, and Lieutenant Colonel Hans Hobbs, the Air Programmes Manager.

The discussions centred on strengthening Kenya–US Air Cooperation through enhanced collaboration in Air–Ground Integration, Aircraft Logistics and Maintenance Support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) sustainment, and Professional Military Training.

These engagements are aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF), advancing regional security, and reaffirming the shared commitment of Kenya and the United States to deepen defence cooperation, foster regional stability, and advance mutual strategic interests.
