On Thursday 26 March 2026, the participants of Senior Joint Command and Staff Course (SJCSC) 41-2025/26, conducted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) visit to Waithaka Special School in Mutuini, Dagoreti Sub County and Dreams Children’s home at Kibiku, Kajiado County. The institutions management and staff warmly welcomed the participants and expressed sincere appreciation for the continued support extended by the College. As an annual tradition, the CSR visits reflect the course participants’ dedication to giving back to society, strengthening civil-military relations and nurturing a culture of empathy, service and responsible leadership.
During the visits, the participants presented tokens of support to the institutions, including essential supplies and gifts intended to improve the well being of the residents. The children expressed their gratitude through songs, smiles and engagement with the visitors, making the occasion both memorable and impactful for everyone involved.
The CSR initiative by the students directly contributes to the human security agenda by strengthening social inclusion, reducing vulnerability and supporting community based institutions.
