Hon. Eugene L.Wamalwa, is the immediate former Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Semi Arid lands . He also served as the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Irrigation. He has also served as the Minister for justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs from 2011 to 2013 during President Kibaki’s second term in office.
