The Kenya Defence Forces Roman Catholic faithful, on October 19, 2025, congregated for the Consecration of Our Lady of Holy Rosary Catholic Church at Embakasi Garrison in Nairobi.
The Mass was presided over by the Bishop of the Military Ordinariate of Kenya Right Reverend Bishop Wallace Ngang’a.
Bishop Ng’ang’a led a spiritually enriching sermon engaging with the faithful to deepen their faith and foster resilience in their service. He emphasized the importance of spiritual strength in facing the challenges of life, encouraging them to remain steadfast in their duties while anchored in compassion and integrity.
He further called upon the Christians to walk in obedience and have the urge to know God and walk closely with Him.
“There is no way we can come into a close relationship with God and walk fully in the blessings of Christ without obeying Him,” he said.
Present during the event were Senior Officers, Officers, Service Members, and their families, among other guests.
