The Base Commander Embakasi Air Base, Brigadier Stephen Kapkory recently presided over the graduation ceremony for Senior Leadership Course at Laikipia Air Base.
The course prepares participants to become effective leaders and middle level managers within the Kenya Defence Forces.
Brigadier Kapkory congratulated the participants and instructors for their commitment, noting that it enabled them to achieve the required training standards. He urged the graduates to apply their newly acquired skills, stating, “I am sure within the eleven weeks of your training you have been able to acquire the necessary skills to transform you into effective leaders within the Kenya Defense Forces.”
“This course also opens up your progression and promotion opportunity as a career Service member. I wish you success in your endeavours,” he added.
Also present were the Base Commander Laikipia Air Base Brigadier Mohamud Farah, Commandant Kenya Air Force Training Wing Colonel Charles Munyao, senior officers, officers and Service members.
