Central Command (CENTCOM) participated in the 64th Border Control and Coordination Committee (BCOCC) meeting held from 27 to 30th October 2025 at the Kenya School of Government – Mombasa.
The sessions, chaired by the Principal Secretary for Interior, brought together key stakeholders to deliberate on cross-border security, inter-agency collaboration, operational synergy, and management issues.
During the four-day engagement, participants visited Shimoni and Mnarani Points of Entry, where they assessed operational challenges and explored strategies to enhance coordination and security along Kenya’s borders.
The Kenya Defence Forces was represented by General Officer Commanding CENTCOM Major General John Nkoimo and Lieutenant Colonel Martin Mukara.
