WOI JAMES MACHARIA
COLLEGE SERGEANT MAJOR (CSM), JCSC
Warrant Officer 1 James Macharia is the College Sergeant Major (CSM) at the Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC). He was enlisted in the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) on 05 March 1990.
Prior to his current appointment, Warrant Officer James Macharia served in various positions, including Instructor at Kenya Military Academy, Squadron Sergeant Major 78 Tank Battalion and Master QMSI School of Armour among other appointments.
He has served in various UN missions including peacekeeping Missions in UNMEE (Ethiopia/Eritrea) and AMISOM (Somalia).
