Pursuant to section 40(1) of the Public Private Partnerships Act, 2013 and Regulations 33(3) and 36 of the Public Private Partnerships Regulations, 2014, NOTICE is hereby given to the general public that the following eight (8) firms/consortia have been shortlisted to participate in the Request for Proposal (RfP) stage of the tender for the Project.
