Infrastructure development remains a key pillar in strengthening community resilience, fostering peaceful coexistence and creating an enabling environment for sustainable development in areas affected by insecurity. Through Operation Maliza Uhalifu (OMU), ongoing Civil-Military Cooperation initiatives continue to complement security efforts by addressing critical community needs, particularly in education, road connectivity and access to essential services.

Commander Construction Engineers Brigade, Col T K Bor, visited troops undertaking OMU activities at Baringo county, where he inspected the ongoing construction of the Mukutani Comprehensive Boarding  School, rehabilitation of Mukutani- Marigat road and the newly opened road from Mukutani towards Lake Baringo.
