Defence Headquarters Chief of Personnel Brigadier Elijah Gatere today 19th December 2021 oversaw the reception of the first batch of recruits set to commence training at the Recruit Training School, Eldoret.
Unfortunately, after the document verification session, 36 youth were found in possession of counterfeit calling letters. They were apprehended by military police and handed over to the National Police Service for interrogation and further action.
More recruits will continue to report as per the dates on their calling letters up to 26th December 2021.
