KDF personnel operating at Mukutani area, Baringo County, conducted a Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) activity at Jerusalem Village where they distributed food and water to residents as part of efforts to support the community and strengthen civil-military relations in the area.
The initiative was designed to support the community and also recognizing the peace, stability, and progress experienced during the period KDF personnel have been in the area. The gesture demonstrated the unit’s commitment to enhancing community welfare and sustaining positive engagement with the local population.
The event brought together KDF personnel and members of the Jerusalem Village community.
Residents expressed their appreciation for the support, highlighting the notable improvement in security and the spirit of peaceful coexistence since their resettlement. The activity strengthened trust and cooperation between the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and the community, contributing to the continued promotion of peace and stability in the area.
