The semi-finals saw Nairobi Team, 2nd Brigade, Moi Air Base (MAB) and 8th Brigade face off in tightly contested matches. In the third-place playoff, 2nd Brigade edged past 8th Brigade with a narrow 25–24 victory.

The grand finale pitted Nairobi Team against Moi Air Base in a fiercely competitive clash. Both sides fought hard for the coveted title, but Nairobi Team proved dominant, outclassing MAB 55–40 to be crowned the 2025 CDF Bora Cup Champions.

In his remarks, Brigadier Lenamunai lauded the participants for their outstanding performance, noting that the championship not only celebrated sporting excellence but also reinforced the values of camaraderie, discipline, and sportsmanship within the KDF.

“I congratulate all teams that took part in this championship. Your dedication, teamwork, and perseverance have truly paid off, showcasing the very best of KDF’s core values. We continue to champion our slogan One Force, One Mission, setting a shining example for others to follow,” he said.
