Kenya Defence Forces troops based in Irresuki, Elwak, conducted a Civil-Military Cooperation outreach at Irresuki Trading Centre.
The activity included the distribution of assorted food items, basic medical attention to locals, and the gifting of biscuits and sweets to children and students in the madrasa. Additionally, the local football team received a football, which was launched during a friendly match with guests from neighbouring Tuli area.
The outreach was warmly received by the community, with locals expressing their appreciation and acknowledging the military’s ongoing efforts in promoting peace and development in the area.
The activity reflects KDF’s continued commitment to strengthening civil-military relations and supporting the welfare of communities in operation areas.
